One app for your entire life

Your tasks live in one app, your notes in another, your passwords in a third, your money in a fourth — four subscriptions, four logins, four companies holding a piece of you. ittto brings it all home: one fast, beautiful, private app — and one subscription — where your data answers to no one but you.

Meet your Life OS

Five tools. One quiet, capable home.

Home

Your whole day, on one screen

Open ittto and you already know where you stand. The dashboard greets you with the budget that's active right now, the tasks that actually matter today, and the notes you touched last — no tab-switching, no mental reassembly of your life from five different apps.

  • Active budget with income and expense breakdown by category
  • Top pending tasks, sorted by priority and due date — overdue and due-today counters included
  • Your most recent notes, one tap away

Tasks

Clear your head in one keystroke

The fastest way to stop carrying your to-dos in your head. Type, hit Enter, move on — priority and category set inline, without opening a single dialog. When you're ready to plan, every task opens into a full detail panel.

  • Priorities, due dates, projects, subtasks, notes, and color-coded categories
  • Active / Completed / All filters with a live item count
  • Instant, optimistic UI — completing or deleting never makes you wait

Notes

A quiet place to think

A distraction-free Markdown editor that gets out of your way. There is no save button — ittto saves as you type, every time, automatically. Tag your notes, group them with categories, and find anything later with full-text search across titles and content.

  • Full Markdown with live toolbar, preview, and side-by-side mode
  • Auto-save moments after you stop typing — you never lose a thought
  • Tags, categories, and instant search that filters as you type

Budget

Know exactly where your money goes

Plan by the rhythm you actually live in — weekly, biweekly, monthly, or annual periods, in your own currency (30 countries across the Americas and Europe). When the period ends, copy the whole budget to the next one in a single tap and keep going. ittto totals income, expenses, and your net balance across every active budget.

  • Income and expenses by category, with opening balances carried into each period
  • One-tap "copy to next period" — dates and names computed for you
  • Privacy blur: amounts stay hidden until you choose to reveal them — open your budget anywhere, even on the bus

Vault

Passwords even we can't read

Zero-knowledge isn't a checkbox here — it's the architecture. Your master password derives an AES-256-GCM key inside your browser (PBKDF2-SHA256, 600,000 iterations). The server only ever stores ciphertext. Not us, not a database leak, not a subpoena — nobody can read your credentials without your master password.

  • Strong password generator, one-tap copy, and auto-lock after inactivity
  • Expiry reminders — see "expires in 7 days" before a credential bites you
  • Rotate your master password anytime: every entry is re-encrypted client-side

The details

Built like it matters

Dark by default, light when you want

A considered dark theme that's easy on the eyes at midnight, and a light mode that remembers your choice.

At home on your phone

A true mobile experience — bottom tab bar, full-screen panels, safe-area aware. The same app, everywhere.

Motion with purpose

Every animation communicates state — nothing decorative, nothing slow. And it respects reduced-motion settings.

Fast because it's simple

No heavyweight front-end framework. Pages update in place, instantly — the app feels native, not like a website.

Ownership

Your data answers
to you. Period.

Most "free" products run on the same quiet bargain: you don't pay for the app, so your data pays for you — mined, profiled, and sold to whoever's buying attention this quarter.

ittto refuses that bargain. One fair subscription is the entire business model — you are the customer, never the product. No ads, no data brokers, no incentive to know more about you than the app needs to serve you.

No analytics, no telemetry, no trackers

ittto doesn't phone home. What you do in your Life OS stays in your Life OS.

Hardened by default

Strict Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, secure cookies, and automatic lockout after repeated failed logins.

One subscription, every module

Tasks, notes, vault, and budget in a single plan. No per-feature upsells, no "premium" paywalls inside the app.

On the roadmap: Drive

Private storage for the files that matter — landing during the beta.

Questions

Before you ask

How do I get started?

Nothing to install, nothing to configure. ittto runs in your browser — request an invite, and the moment it arrives your account is ready, with every module included. Works on any device.

Is my data really private?

Yes, structurally. ittto has no trackers, no analytics, and no ad tech — your subscription is the business model, so your data never has to be. Vault credentials go further: they're encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your master password, so even the server — even a full database dump — only contains ciphertext.

What if I forget my vault master password?

Then your vault entries are gone — honestly and by design. Zero-knowledge means there is no recovery back door, because a back door for you would be a back door for everyone else too. The rest of the app (tasks, notes, budgets) is unaffected.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes — ittto is built mobile-first, with a bottom tab bar, full-screen panels, and touch-friendly controls. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like a native app, no app store required.

What does the beta include?

Everything you read on this page — Home, Tasks, Notes, Budget, and Vault — fully working today, free while the beta lasts. It's invite-only and intentionally small: beta users talk directly with the maker, their feedback decides what gets built next (starting with Drive), and they'll be the first to know when subscriptions open.

Be one of the first

The closed beta is small on purpose. Request access, and when a spot opens up you'll get a personal invite — and a direct line to shape what ittto becomes.
